Overview
The American Rescue Plan Local Recovery Fund Advisory Committee was established to provide feedback and guidance in partnership with staff to provide recommendations to the City Council on evaluating community needs related to eligible use of funds, evaluating other partners or programs that were funded by the American Rescue Plan that may meet these needs, identifying options to present to Council for eligible expenses, and to determine any urgency or prioritization of American Rescue Plan Local Fiscal Recovery funds.
The Committee shall consider Federal Guidance on eligible uses of funds and also local considerations including the City comprehensive plan, strategic plan, and other guiding plans and policies that may apply.
The American Rescue Plan Special Advisory Committee shall terminate effective upon majority approval of the City Council or when the City Council authorizes the final use of American Rescue Plan local fiscal recover funds, whichever shall occur first.
