In 2005 the City of Northfield hired Robert H. Rohlf Associates to prepare a needs assessment and building program for the Library and Meyer Scherer & Rockcastle (MS & R Architects) to evaluate the current library building. In preparation for writing the report, Bob Rohlf and his associate Jan Feye-Stukas interviewed many Northfielders and held four focus group sessions.
