Planning Division
The City of Northfield’s Planning Division manages the growth and development of the community by administering land use regulations outlined in various guiding documents and as stated in the Northfield City Code. The division coordinates the application process for zoning changes, special-use permits, variances, annexations and subdivisions. Division staff support several Boards and Commissions concerned with land use and development.
